KYOKA Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of KYOKA’s smart products, the KYOKA app (“App”), and associated services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kyoka Embedded Systems Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the App.
- This includes damages such as loss of profits, data, or intangible losses.
9. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kyoka Embedded Systems Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, employees, and licensors against any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

- These Terms are governed by the laws of Rajkot,Gujarat, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat.

- Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
